You need to download games/app with the NUSGrabber i gave in the main post.

usually i download games with NEW-NUS Grabber GUI, with the comand you can download it and no more, or download the game, get the title.tik file and decrypt it, i think WUPinstaller need title.tik to decrypt it no? Im a litle comfussed with this themes

So I presume with the modified NUSGrabber & Wupinstaller, we can now download any Game, any eshop title or update or even DLC with the ids from here> http://wiiubrew.org/wiki/Title_database and install it on our wiiu's memory without the need of purchasing it and installing it to begin with to install a purchased ticket to get it working!. Yes you are right, to be able to be installed a title need to have his .cert .tik and .tmd

Wii U Modified WUPInstaller for 5.5.X and under

So, this is just the @dimok HBL version of WUP Installer, i have deleted the Title ID Check, so now you can install everything you find on NUS.

I just tested it with YouTube.

I didn't made this homebrew it is just a modified version of a HBL port.

Usage :

On YOUR Computer :

- Download the version of NUSGrabber down below. (Usage: In CMD Prompt "NUSgrabber.exe TITLEID")
- Download your title from the command prompt (Usage is just up here)
- Once the download finished, rename the directory that has been created to "install"
- Put the "install" folder in your SDCard root

Then :

Unzip the wii u folder, then put the "wiiu" folder in your SDCard Root

Your SDCard structure should look like that :

sd:/install/*insert .app .h3 .cert etc..*
sd:/wiiu/apps/wupinstaller/wupinstaller.elf

On YOUR Wii U :

- Go on your Wii U Web Browser
- Run HBL
- Load WUPInstaller and follow the instruction

Do not try to install things such as OSv10, OSv9, DRC Firmware ; everything that you don't know or don't think this is a game/app it may brick your Wii U
So, only install games / application.

This is a bad idea... You should put a big red notice in the OP that installing any system title other than the version title will cause a brick. There is a reason there's a whitelist in WUPInstaller. There's not much useful you can install besides the version title that won't cause a brick, basically any other system title will do so and I don't think this would let you install pirated games without an IOSU exploit anyway.

No no no... This version have no whitelist so you can install full games, dlc or everything you wants that is on NUS Servers but it still neees some title.tik/cert

The warning is rather confusing, you should change it to something like "DO NOT INSTALL SYSTEM TITLES WITH THIS, ONLY INSTALL GAMES OR YOU WILL BRICK"
Other than that it's good.
There was a leaked version of WUPInstaller before with the whitelist removed and it ended up with a bunch of people bricking their consoles, I just don't want that happening again
