Or you could just have read the README present in the archive...

I did read the README, and this is what it says on the topic:

=============================================
# How to use this plugin #
=============================================
1- Press [Select] to shows up the menu
--> You can navigate in the menu with the DPAD Key UP and DOWN
--> Press A to activate / de-activate a cheat
--> Press B to exit the menu and return to the game
--> You can change the hotkey for showing up the menu by pressing [Start] in the menu
--> You can adjust the speed of the cheats execution by pressing [Select] in the menu

I never said the info wasn't there. I said it wasn't clarified.
"Press [Select] to shows up the menu" doesn't really explain much.
I understand what it means NOW, but it didn't make sense at the time.

BTW, I'm a fan of your Multi BootNTR, Nanquitas, but I do wish it didn't auto-boot so quickly, (or at all.)
By the time it finishes its mandatory update check, I have less than a second to interrupt the auto-boot whatever my previous choice was.

Well, I guess it can be confusing. I can't see how it's confusing but that's probably because I'm the one who wrote it, so I'm not the best person to ask. ^_^

Yeah, at first I didn't intend it to auto-boot but people asked for it so...
Same, initially the time was 3 seconds, but they complain it was too long.

Now a tip for you: the conter can be stopped by pressing the screen or any key while it's counting down.
So spam a key and you'll have plenty of time to choose your version. ;)

Press Select in game if you had the green flash when the game boots.
If you don't you messed up somewhere.

Thanks! Also, the spawner doesn't seem to work for me.. Cheats are activated but when I go hunting, the Pokemon I chose doesn't appear

Did you read the note (Y) ?
  1. You select the pokemon
  2. You make sure to put the spawn [XXX YYYY] line on ON
  3. You exit the menu and you walk on the grass while holding R

Any chance you know how to spawn Alolan formes for Pokemon like Sandshrew or Vulpix? Both of these work fine for their normal formes, but I can't figure out how to spawn the new ones.

I believe forme is a separate value like ID and level and would need to be added to the code to allow spawning alternate formes,

As so I, but when I asked earlier Sasori told me they were already in, though he left before replying to my request for instructions for spawning them.

I was hoping for some help, I'm running Cakes CFW on 11.2 using the same NTR you have. I have set up plugins before and they work. but for some reason i can't get this one to work. I don't get the green screen before the game loads

Then, your folder is wrong.

Take the title id of your game from FBI, and check all the names in the plugin folder.
If you have the folder, check that the plugin is been in it, else create a new folder with the title id as name and copy the plg in it.

Unless capitals matters, the title and ID are the same. do i have to remove the readme file?

    A woman with no arms and no legs was sitting on a beach. A man comes along and the woman says, "I've never been hugged before." So the man feels bad and hugs her. She says "Well i've also never been kissed before." So he gives her a kiss on the cheek. She says "Well I've also never been fucked before." So the man picks her up, and throws her in the ocean and says "Now you're fucked."

    anyways, we need to re-normalize physical media

    if i didn't want my games to be permanent, then i'd rent them

    Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

    @BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM

  • cearp @ cearp:
    You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    :rofl2:
  • cearp @ cearp:
    still, I agree physical media is nice to have. just pointing out the issue is drm

    i like physical media because it actually feels like you own it. thats why i plan on burning music to cds
  • cearp @ cearp:
    It's nice to not have to have a lot of physical things though, saves space

    Nor clothes 🤮 . Saves on time, soap, water and money having to wash them. :D

    @rqkaiju2, Physical media is a great source for archiving your data, none of that cloud storage shiz.
