Hey everyone,
I was so close.. I got an old 3DS with low firmware, got the right copy of smash and upgraded to 9.2.0-12u just fine and was so excited to start hacking like crazy but no go. It looks like my browser is at 1.7552 and there's no way to update it without also updating the firmware.
Does the Gateway launcher work?

I want to use Leaftools on my O3DS. i have it downgrade from 9.x to 4.x and i do have all the backups. In order to use this tools, can i restore my original sysnand? if so, what steps i need to follow? And can i boot up my gateway like when I'm in 4.x? or do i need to use wifi everytime i want to boot it up?

But 9.8 sysnand can't do ANYTHING. A-N-Y-T-H-I-N-G, and EmuNAND doesn't have NIM support by GW team, so the Spider3DS exploit DOES NOT WORK.
there is regionFOUR, but that isn't really anything... I recently updated from 9.5.0-22 to 9.8 because smash dlc and stuff....

Good news! I have figured out how the save file checksum for most of the files in Animal Crossing: New Leaf's savedata works. For the most part, it's CRC32 with a custom polynomial.

(Garden.dat is pretty silly, in particular: )

(I may eventually make a tool to edit the savedata, we'll see.)

Im having a bit of trouble. Can someone help me? Im guessing this was discussed earlier but im running off version 6.3.0-12U and every time i scan the qr code/go to the link the browser crashes but no colors. Is it my version thats not letting this work?

READ THE OP, GOD.

If you can't read, yes, the version is your problem. Look up something called sysUpdater 0.3.

I can make an AR code to unlock all the emoticons, if you wish, but I forgot where in the save file the emoticons were..... ;(
