Hacking Animal Crossing New Leaf Modding: Getting an error after customize a villager

Hey guys,

I am really new to modding in ACNL. I tried to make my own villager (I used Spork) and it worked somehow (I hope you can see it in the video, he is purple instead of brown).

But whenever I go to his house or open the right side of the map, I get an error code and I really don't know why.

I uploaded a video so I hope it's getting more understandable.
