I was excited when I downloaded this game, but the changes of types are really bad. I don't understand why you did it :/

I like the challenge of the move type changes, but my only is that my pokemon aren't learning level up moves? I mean i have my Mudkip at 14 he hasn't learned anything. Did I miss something regarding leveling moves?

I removed all Pokémon's types and Moves' types randomisation
I added 2 Patch files, 1 HANS pack and SOON 1 LayeredFS plugin pour use with NTR.
Some other changes that I can't remember
