Thank you very much for the changes!
I just have to point out, that if you put all roms on romfs folder, they are ALL packed to the cia.
So it would be better to just throw the roms at the input folder and have them copied to romfs.
Better yet: put the roms on input\%title% with whatever name you want, and have make.bat copy and rename it.

EDIT: I will add this myself, thank you again! Now to work on finishing my personal collection and uploading to that sites.

Big update is coming for the tools thanks to @Inorizushi
I just need to fix and add some more stuff, .sfc support is added too.

Woops, guess that slipped past me. I have no idea why I didn't realize that even though I saw that the makerom line pack the entire romfs folder in lol

That's what I get for working past midnight x.x

Feel free to ask for help or report any problems regarding CIA creation. (Please do not report bugs with blargSNES here, I'm not a blargSNES developer.)

Tools used:
3dstool, bannertool, ctrtool, makerom, Ohana3DS, ImageMagick
It would have been wonderful if you wrote "x64 ONLY". Replaced ImageMagick with x86 version, however can't find x86 bannertool.exe. Can you or someone share?

Changing Windows to x64 isn't an option - my PC a lot crappier than your "crappy notebook".

And i wanted to ask why it's showing like this? Downloaded from that ISO site. It's a result of not using "the banner file matching your console's region and language"? Suppose console's region is obvious.

I'd say that's definitely a region issue. This is probably one of the biggest problems with the program right now, you have to manually insert all of the banner images into each bcmdl. If there was a way to automate this using batch and Ohana3DS I'd definitely start working on it right now

I don't have any x86 PCs around the house but I just replaced the imagemagick tools with x86 versions.

I'm not sure if bannertool is even x64 specific either actually
