I installed the Japanese version of the game but when I went back into my US version of the game I got spotpass data for fairies, but the names are all screwed up. Any way to fix this? Even if I rollback the save the spotpass data will keep on applying.

You can either rename them when you reset their stats (get them to Level 99) or you can replace them when you get more than you can hold on Adventure Mode. I think somebody else on this thread found the offset that stores their names but I can't remember it.

Why dont you do what I did and get the Japanese game, transfer your save over when your done.

I recently learned that there is english text when you play the game on your US system, really interesting discovery it almost makes Treehouse useless.

Oh yeah, I already knew that. That was why I had progressed so far on the Jap version. And people are too quick to blame Treehouse, I doubt they even touched the game given it's third party. I have Gateway so I could just cheat using that, but as surprising as it may be, I really wanna do this legit >.<

The option (in the save editor) to max level of all characters doesn't work, does it? I can start a fight with someone and kill something to get max level no problem, but after that it won't work for anyone else.

Is it just the Legends mode that forces you to use level 1 weapons in order to unlock stuff like Gold Skulltula or in Adventure mode too? I wasnt sure if I should be hording all the weapons I collect or just sell everything but my strongest.

Actually, Legends Mode doesn't force you to use level 1 weapons. It just shows the Level 1 weapons to give you an idea of what weapon type to use. You can use any level weapon as long as it's the same weapon type as the level 1 weapon pictured.

Same deal with Adventure mode? Just want to be absolutely sure before dumping everything I got and it would help tremendously with save managing too when looking up weapon IDs too.

I also noticed you can play on Hero mode difficulty and get Gold Skulltulas even if it says to play on Hard, it probably means you have to play hard mode or up to unlock it.

I can confirm that the Max Exp option didn't work on Horror Kid. I assume it won't work for Tetra and King Daphnes, too.
I have another question: Do you know the base stats of the Level 4 weapons and how to insert them into a hex editor?

I always wrote FF FF which gives me that whopping 98000 or so, but still I don't One-Hit-Kill anything. Could it be that the strength rolls over
when you put in a too high number? Or are the HP of the enemies always scaled to the strengths of weapond and characters?

Rank 1: 80 = 50
Rank 2: 150 = 96
Rank 3: 280 = 18 01
Rank 4: 500 = F4 01

Also if anyone is using the cheat NTR plugin I would advise against the use of Infinite Health and Freeze time as it can hinder progress within missions. Sometimes the enemies you fight will also gain infinite health and certain events wont trigger unless time is being passed, everything else appears to be safe.

Would anyone be nice enough to post what the default names of the fairies you acquire. I would like to name them after that instead.

Also where can I find more fairies? The guide says to look in jars inside enemy keeps but I never find any, are they that rare?

You find them only on Adventure Mode maps that have a fairy on them, and on those maps, they're in the yellow jars.

This is again, not mine but here you go.
It's for NTR 3.3 , and you will love it.
Just easier to put here, than translate.
Can you by chance link me to NTR 3.3? Because I can't find it for some reason. When I downloaded the github version it gives me 3.2 but I know NTR 3.3 and Bootntr 3.3 auto exit exists because i've had one a few weeks ago on my n3ds but I had to start all over since I got a new SD card and now I can't find wherever I found NTR 3.3.

I dont blame you for having trouble finding it, I went through 3 different sources to find it and eventually just asked a friend who does homebrew for his BootNTR.

Here you go
