How does one determine if a title key is encrypted or decrypted?

Tested this: Super Mario 3D Land.
- Worked perfect on Windows 10 x64 Python 2.7/3.0 installed

Just downloaded a nearly 900 mb game with this and it downloaded and built in less than 5 minutes.

This is leaps and bounds over the other thing that took 2 hours to download and the another hour to build.

ok guys, so some of you can get started using this i have uploaded a little python script i edited, i think from the original guys from the ctr decryptor void thing.
you give it a ticket.db and it will give you the title ids and the encrypted title keys on the screen and in a text file
i attached it to the OP, please use it.

Anybody knows how to have multiple cia's created without executing it again for every cia?
would be nice if we could give it a txt file with titleid's and keys

You can delete bad tickets using FBIv2. You need to know the title id of the game you are deleting the ticket for though.

Well, it seems that if you input a decrypted title key, it will download and build a CIA without error; but when you are almost finished installing the CIA, you will get a "Cert signature or hash check failed" error.

You're better off using the 32-bit version of Python.

You need only 2.7 for this script.

That last error is because it ran on python 3 while the script expected python 2 (but at least it ran). So install python 2.7.x., 64 bit should be fine.

Your antivirus software most likely blocked/quarantined "make_cdn_cia.exe".
