Um, you can do cloning on different sites...

Also, github is way easier for me...
Github's Freeshop was repealed due to copyrighted content, so it's not the best idea to re-upload it on there. Although, it wouldn't hurt to try.

A long time ago I thought it was a lie, but I was so wrong, I saw that topic in gbatemp but it was true, anyway like the jontron debate I don't give a fuck about the personal and legal issues they face, if isn't update the cache I would probably move to ciangel and download bigger games from the eshop, I didn't know he has a mental illnes whenever that means to be a pedophile

Freeshop itself falls under the same legal grounds as torrent downloader. The program itself is not illegal as it does no longer uses any Nintendo code (it did use the bootsplash, but that was removed.) Since freeShop does not directly advocate piracy, link to keys, or even directly say it can be used to install pirated titles. It does not violate any copyright laws.
Ah. I'm no law enforcement, but I'm still a bit worried, Nintendo takes down anything.

They already took down freeShop for the actual illegal code used, which was the boot splash. They failed to actually remove it for the potential piracy useage.

That took a dive.
He did mention he had legal issues besides the DMCA, I guess that was it. That's just all kinds of crazy. :wtf:

He also mentioned someone else is going to be the lead dev for freeShop and he was going to just advise.

I guess someone else is maintaining the cache now. It seems to get regular updates.
