Well, freeShop lets you download for free... also if you are blocked from the eShop or aren't on the latest version you can use freeShop to redownload your games, even if you don't pirate. And yes, CIAngel and freeShop are similar. Except CIAngel came first and it can create cias while freeShop can't.

What you meant by CIAngels can create cias while freeShop can't? Like, CIAngels download .cias file to my sd card while freeshop download and install the games without leaving any files?(well.. like eShop)

Not trying to be annoying here but, i downloaded Freeshop, got the title key (encrypted version) and put it in the right file and i updated luma and did all the stuff but it still hasn't worked. Has anyone else encountered this issue??

Plus, it can also generate tickets, and that's why I have both, freeShop and CIAngel!

Go to that title key site and get the right file (encTitleKeys.bin). Then place it in sdmc:/3ds/data/freeShop/keys.

Yep exactly this. (CIAngel only does this if you ask it to, it can download & install in one go like freeShop too).

You should remove the link.
Better to scan the QR code from the 3ds titlekeys site (green part of orange button) with freeShop (cog icon->updates tab) so it stays updated.

Yep. "the 3ds titlekeys site" is the usual way to refer to it.

GBAtemp strictly doesn't want to involve in any piracy at all. Referring to ROM / ISO / Title Key sites are banned and any such link should be removed. That's all I know.

No, just because titlekeys are copyright, and gbatemp doesn't want any site trawling bot to be able to find a connection between it and sites holding copyrighted material. It's not because of any moral problems, the site does not care about that side of things. Just purely legal and not wanting there to be an excuse to be shut down etc.

It's hard to tell because we're not allowed to ask why someone was banned, but my guess is you just get an increase to your warning level, so you'd have to do it a lot to really get in trouble. I've seen people do it, then a mod fixes their post, and they're not banned.

One question: i know you need the ticket for the game and i want to contribuite of the list. My problem is how i can extract ticket from my cartridge game/ or cia game? I know i need decrypt but what is the process precisly? I see some video online but they use a old version of decrypt.

It's the title key not the ticket.

It's not known to me but you can use Google always.

Edit: if you do mange to find the title key, add it to the database of "the 3DS title key site". Then you can download an updated database (encTitleKeys.bin)

I try but unfortunaly the only tutorial i found use a old version of decrypt9 that have different menu/option.
