Sorry I'm struggling to understand you

Are you saying if you go to a game page you already installed through freeshop you will be banned since eshop checks the keys of what games you have on your system?

for example have MH4 installed through freeshop and if you go to the eshop page you would get banned later?
Is not it. If you installed the leaked copy, do not enter Eshop. Freeshop is safe.

Well I already did guess I will find out later if I will have my NNID banned but it doesn't seem like it will cause any problems considering I went to Eshop yesterday

unless they do ban waves every 2 weeks or something?

if they did ban waves, i think there would be some people getting banned by accident

You think Nintendo will not do something. It will eat all users with illegal copies they should be trying to play the game in online mode. The server has not even been officially released.

I understand if someone tries to access the online mode and gets banned, i just don't get how launching the eshop with it installed will ban you. They would have done it with dev menu or any other custom program made.

Not a single person has been banned for using FreeShop or games downloaded from it. I also haven't heard of users being banned for having an early-release game installed and accessing the eShop (The same thing happened with some Kirby game or some such). There's no precedent for what you're saying.

Well I don't think Nintendo cares about people getting that game for free considering only around 200k people actually use homebrew (I think I could be way off) and even then some of them still buy Nintendo products such as Pokemon games since they support Nintendo

I honestly believe that if Nintendo will ban users who try to play Pokémon moon online before the release date.
I think they will take this action because the game was leaked before the official release.

Let's see what Nintendo will do until the official launch day.

Its not true , i got the last monster hunter a month earlier and i've done a copy for a friend , converted it to cia , then we played online almost everyday till then , zero ban for both of us ,i dont think they can make the difference between a legit early copy and a non-legit one

Some Brazilian game sites advising their users not to access the Pokémon Moon online mode until the game officially leaves.

Dude, seriously, you have no idea what you're talking about. You've said probably 10 times in this thread that nintendo IS GOING TO BAN PEOPLE OMGNOHELPNBNQ, stop. It's highly unlikely Nintendo will ban anyone, as @squalow said, Ninty has no way to tell who just got a cart early, and who is using a pirated copy. They can't just go and ban everyone who plays it early, because they'd ban a few legitimate users in there too. As he also said, other games have been leaked early, with people playing online, and zero bans have resulted from it.

So stop, please, for the love of god.

Could be a bit difficult for him to understand since he might trust the "Brazilian game sites" more I guess

and even if you play with sky3ds with a public header online you just get temp ban either way
