@Gericom, Importing textures seems working very well BUT... I can't save the edited bcmdl^^' (tried with "save as" but nothing happens)

Decompressed the file (was originally lz11 compressed) and the save-icon was useable now.
The problem is, everytime I try to save the (un)modified file, I get this error:

Would you implement this feature?

The problem seems to be that I didn't implement saving skeletons yet. I will try to implement that soon. In the meanwhile you could try a model without a skeleton (like the mk7 course models).

my model contains a model and a few textures.
This model is one of only a few I can edit at the moment :/

Would be awesome if you could implement a function to export/save skeletons.

Oh. I see what the problem is. It seems like EFE.ZIP is a different name from EFE.zip -_-. I didn't notice that. I fixed it.

Yeah, web pages seem to be case sensitive on Linux systems.

Also, I just want to thank you for spending your time and effort to working on EFE, as you usuallt get feature requests and ideas on this page. People don't thank you enough.It's a fantastic program, one of the best Nintendo 3DS model viewers out there!

I do know that this is mainly for Mario Kart games, but is there any chance this could load files from Project Mirai? I know it can (kind of) load the .bin files because it is able to load the textures, but when I try to load the models an error similar to this comes up:

"Unable to find entry point 'glBlendColor' in DLL 'opengl32.dll'"

I'm not to sure if that's all you need to load the models, but I sure would like if there was a plugin that let me do so.
 
The only thing that can cause a NotImplementedException in that class is a skeleton, so it probably has one.

If/when import and export of skeletons is made available, could we use your program to utilize custom models for things like the animal crossing villager models and whatever other animated models exist?
 
I just downloaded the latest build, but I can't run it and it leaves this error.

When are people going to learn how to read! It clearly says in the first post that you have to unblock the zip from external sources before unpacking!
 
for me.. i just open it up from the zip file... close it, and let it modify the zip, then i extract the files and presto.
 
For those who can't figure out how to unblock/extract the EFE.zip file.
Right click>properties>General tab>Unblock. Then click Apply/Ok. You can now extract the .zip.
 
Great tool! I'm having a blast in unpacking textures for some 3ds games.
..BUT..
..when opening a bclim and saving it into a png, how do you re-convert it into a bclim? Is it possible yet?
