It crashes on certain parts, but if you skip them its playable.

To join multiplayer just find a server that is not QW then just use the multiplayer menu to connect. To use mods you have to place the mod folder inside the ctrQuake folder and create a shortcut with the name of the mod as argument, I have a sample shortcut on the repo: https://github.com/masterfeizz/ctrQuake/blob/master/tf.xml

Not until im able to test it, I've been looking for a cheap 2DS on FW <= 9.2 but haven't come across one yet.
