So, I got it now with Super Mario Maker. It is very very laggy on the start. I got an FPS from 0.09 - 0.11.

My System:
OS: Win7 64x
RAM: 8 GB
CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 4x3GHz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 9800 GTX

If your computer can't run 64-bit OS it can't run Cemu at a decent speed even if it is very optimised

Your specs are way to low ckeck out the machine in my sig it runs new super mario bros at 15-4 fps so I would seriusely consider upgrading your machine my 2 cents.

The emulator isn't ready to play games, so if you want to buy a new PC just to play Wii U wait a year or two Your PC will be more powerful for the same price and Wii U emulation will be better

if your processor supports 64 bit you can reinstall windows and get 64 bit

first get some money, its not worth buying a laptop now, maybe in a year you would get a better laptop and cemu would be emulating games better from current state

Those are the standard drivers. I think he was passive aggressively telling @Exzap to prioritize looking into them
