Hi guys. I am thinking about updating my N3DS to System Firmware 11.9 in preparation for the upcoming "Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story". Does anyone know if BootNTR works with 11.9? Thoughts and help greatly appreciated

Apparently 11.9 breaks NTR, I don't think there are any plans to fix it.

Oh, really? I thought one of my friends said NTR was broken on 11.9, I haven't tested it myself though.

I have an update guys: My N3DS only has SysNAND and just now updated to FW 11.9. I ran BootNTR and selected 6.2, got a memory error. I then tried BootNTR with 6.6, it does work (green screen flashes when boot a game), but I have to reboot system each time I want to select a different game. When I tried to load a different game without rebooting, I got the 3DS logo screen infinite loop. Any help and thoughts appreciated

That's a limitation with NTR that cannot be fixed, you will have to deal with it or check Nanquitas' plugin loader.

It's a Luma3DS mod (afaik) that is able to load NTR plugins without restarting the system. An easy way to install it is by installing CTGP-7 which includes the loader.

As some people a while ago, I have a problem with bootNTR, telling me "Load failed #firmware unknown".
I have a message "detected firm 2.55.0", bootNTR version 2.9, luma3ds version 9.1 and a N3DS console with firmware 11.9.0-42E in sysnand.
It worked very well until I did some sh*t with my console, trying to downgrade it to be able to use my NDS linker again (which didn't work neither, I gave up and I'll try to use another linker).
Any solution ? Thank you very much

2.9 is outdated. Update to 2.12.

Hello there, i'm having an issue with this program. i'm on N3DS XL, 11.9, and 2.12 of bootntr.
When i try to load it, the screen reads, "loading 3.2-3.3-3.6... success! returning to home menu..."
And then it freezes. anyone know what's going on?? thanks!!

3.2 doesn't support streaming which is why it doesn't work (it was introduced in the 3.4 beta). Try reinstalling BootNTR Selector.

Thanks for the advice but I have tried twice with two diff versions
Is there a specific version of NTR Selector I should use?

To anyone else having the same problem as I did:
I uninstalled ntr selector and deleted all ntr files from the root of sd card and from the 3ds folder
reinstalled ntr selector and all went well
Don't know what happened the first time

Any CIA that is not mode 3. The different banners just look different when you move the cursor on them & look at the top screen.

Kit kat slim is suggesting 3.4- but it's not appearing as an option.

When I boot using 3.3 it connects but I get a white screen- I'll try disabling firewalls etc

3.4 was the first version screen capture was implemented in. It doesn't work in older versions (hence the white screen). The current selector has further updated versions, so just go with the latest (currently 3.6)

On 3.6 I'm getting an Unhandled exception error now, I continue through it and the window just hovers on "Trying to connect"

I've disabled Firewalls and anti virus, and I just cleaned the files out of NTR selector so they re-populated.

I have both Boot NTR Selector Mode 3 and Boot NTR Selector Enhanced, I did follow guide since I have old nintendo 3DS and I have laters firmware.
Then I get problem show in picture.
What I'm going to do now?
