Will you ever do a .3dsx version? Now that lot of people will use homebrew with b9

Leave boot.3dsx as hbl, but change the installed title it runs from from hblauncher_loader to a standard game or application. If you do that it should in theory be near impossible for Nintendo to detect.
It's funny how we are reverting from cia homebrew back to .3dsx homebrew.
i m interested in that ¿your can turn undetectable for ayes of nintendo? ¿his security turns as a joke? i need more details because i suffered my first ban ;(

Cache hasn't been updated in a week. Last US release the cache has from the titlekey site is Psycho Pigs. Make sure you're running the latest version of this fork of FreeShop.

i downloaded the latest one here over qr. tried to delete cache scanned new qr, put it in manualy and even tried installing over cia.
What does fork mean? newest cia?

sadly nothing worked i saw people having elliot quest and other games, im stuck at US Version of Fire Emblem valentia

What their saying is that the cache with the shop data hasn't been updated. freeshop basically has 3 parts. freeShop, the application. that title key site/encTitleKey, the software decryptor. the shop cache, the games currently on the eShop. What their saying is that the shop cache hasn't been updated.

Git says it got update 13 hours ago. Maybe the noobs will stopping about no new games for a while now.

Almost correct. FreeShop consists of the following parts:
  • The Application - Servers as an installer and GUI to freeShop. Most of you install this through the CIA. This portion of freeShop is currently being modified and upgraded by @arc13 .
  • The Cache - Contains text and images for each game. Is maintained separately from freeShop and is not under @arc13 's control, but is under someone else's control (I keep forgetting their username). Code can be found on repo3ds/shop-cache If a game misses from the cache, it won't show up. Period. Updating the cache is done by starting a Travis Build Job on Travis CI, but is currently reliant on a few files that cannot be legally distributed (and are not visible in .travis.yml as they are set with Environment Variables and are hidden from build logs). It is possible to remotely view cache updates by going to the shop-cache releases page.
  • The Keyfile - The file from which keys are read by freeShop. freeShop also has a downloader option available that downloads this file from any URL you specify. In short, each game has a titleID (which is publicly sharable) and a titleKey (which is not publicly sharable). You are supposed to generate this file for yourself using GodMode9's support files option and then moving the encTitlekeys.bin to freeShops SD folder.
The title key site is nothing but a hoster for the last file + a GUI to directly read these files from a web interface and submit new keys.

but the eshop shows me that Harvest Moon and of Mice are out already.

I have the exact same problem with free shop.
Tonight i have updated to the latest freeshop and changed my title key url from .com to .gq using the qr code and then forced a cache refresh. but i still dont appear to have some of the new games.

cache was just updated today: https://github.com/Repo3DS/shop-cache/releases

i see new games, you must be doing something wrong, delete all entries of title key sites and redo it

well i changed the url which is titled auto update title keys fron url, and then clicked the refresh cache button just below.

is there something else i need to do then to get the games list to update?

thanks
You need to click on the trash can icon next to the URL before you put in a new one. If not, I believe it just uses the old URL.

I remember having similar issues. Here's a couple things to try if you haven't already:
Use the trash can icon to delete the previous .com entry. Iirc mine kept reverting back to the previous entry if I didn't delete the old entry.
Also try to just delete the entire freeshop folder. This will remove all settings, cache and enctitlekeys. That will usually fix any problems with freeshop if it is not an external problem with the titlekeys or cache websites.

thank you, deleting the folder appears to work.

also i noticed clicking the refresh cache doesnt save the title url when it auto reboots. So i exited free shop manually and reopened from home menu and it is now working.

Latest games all fine :)

thanks for the help

You can delete the old one after adding the new one. You just have select the old one then delete it (the space for the url becomes a drop down menu when it has multiple entries)
