So I was messing around with this earlier and I went to the seat in the back of Town Hall as a-non mayor (which is locked out from normal players) and apparently it turns out that you can be the mayor while not being the mayor.

Sadly though, it lets you seed whatever, anywhere... Also, it crashed my game when I entered a building.

@itsRyan Please help, I am spanish and my english is not the best but here its my problem: I have rxtools with ntr cfw boot 3.3, normally, when i open a game, the screen is just 1second green, that meens the game plugin is working, but when i put the eur animal crossing new leaf plugin, the screen isnt green, that meens doesnt work, HELP. Maybe its that i cant open MULTI cheats ntr , if its that, can you help me and tell my how?
EDIT 1: Now the screen is in green, ut it not puts game plugin, how can i open the cheats menu?
EDIT 2: Now I can, just pressing Select, now i can Duplicate!!! Thanks for this amazing ntr!!! But id like to know where i can find the id list of items

Yes @scotline found a gateway code to walk through walls (instead of walking over things from the beta) and if you change a value in one of the offsets gravity is ignored so you can essentially walk on water and keep your moon jump

how to use seeder v2 pls

Type the item ID of the item you want to seed, drop any item you want and press L while you're dropping any item to change that item to seed that item. This also works for furniture indoors.
Press L + A to bury the item. Note: these codes are server sided, meaning that it won't work online.

As for the EUR online offsets... I've tried finding it but I found new ones and then I don't know which ones are broken!!!
How to find EUR offsets online:
Requirements:
Windows PC
Wifi
3DS running NTR
European copy of Animal Crossing

Step 1: download this debugger. It's probably the best one out there https://github.com/imthe666st/NTRClient/releases/
Step 2: find your 3ds's IP. I'm not telling you how, it should be pretty easy.
Step 3: enable debug mode in NTR by pressing X+Y and click 'Enable debugging' note: don't open NTR screen while outdoors in a town (the island is safe)
Step 4: connect to your 3DS with NTR debugger by putting in your 3ds's IP
Step 5: click on processes and then click on GARDEN

Step 6: take note of what you have in slot 01 in your inventory and write down the item ID. Found here http://sirbeethoven.github.io/LeafHacks/
Step 7: Put something in the textbox that says 'filename' I usually name it something stupid like DUMP_1.bin or you can name it the item ID like 2112.BIN and make sure 100000 -> B6DFFF is selected in the drop down menu to the left
Step 8: once NTR is finished dumping RAM, change the item of slot 01 to something different. Don't change the item tag. (example: opening a present, removing a fruit from a basket, etc.)
Step 9: dump RAM again following step 7 but this time, name it something different
Step 10: download Cheat Engine here: http://www.cheatengine.org/ (please be wary of malware from that site)
Step 11: launch Cheat Engine and click the top left button here:

A new window will pop up and click 'open file' and choose the RAM dump that you just made

Step 12: On the right hand side, change the settings so you will search for a exact value and make sure hex is selected, and that it's a 16 bit search (2 bytes)

replace '0' with the item ID and then click 'first scan'
It will then scan the memory dump for all instances of the value. There will be several instances of that value and they're most likely junk addresses.
Step 13: repeat step 11 to open a new file. Don't click on anything but to open the second RAM dump.
You will be presented with this screen:

any red values represent a change.
Change the value in the textbox to whatever your second item value is and click 'Next Scan'
This should narrow down your results to 1, but if it doesn't then just create a new ram dump.

Now this is the offset in the ram dump, not the 'virtual offset'
to convert it to the virtual offset, all you need to do is add whatever the starting offset was, for instance our starting value was 0x100000 and add it to the offset in the ram dump so then you should get the virtual value (0x14EEAC for me, but this isn't a real value... I changed it because I don't have the time to make ram dumps )
Step 14: Then write your offset in the 'read at addr' text box in NTR debugger

and if it matches your findings, try changing the value by changing the value at 'Write to addr(HEX) LE
and if the item changes, you've successfully found your offset!
Report your findings here, and I need you guys to find them for EUR and JAP since it's too time consuming to port (ironic that I made a guide, but since school started, nobody's online anymore)
If we can re find all good offsets, I can incoperate them into the 2.3.1 patch so I can *finally* lift the heavy weight of duplication not working online off my shoulders.
USA owners, you don't have to worry because USA is my main game and you will get first updates unless someone sends me a european Gateshark code.
