Rekado is payload launcher written in Kotlin and based on NXLoader injector codebase. Application doesn't require Root on your device. SX Loader payload bundled as default.

Download

The main difference from NXLoader is the ability to quickly change the payloads you need by preloading them. You can choose any needed payload once the USB cable connected to your Switch.

If you will find any issues feel free to report it. Or maybe you have some good ideas, you can also tell me about them.

I am open any kind of pull requests (especially for new languages support).

I guess I could translate the app to french, if needed

there are so many french people outside that can’t even uderstand simple english

Yeah maybe ! But In Canada ( Québec) its not a must, we need that ( basic english minimum)

But In the hacking forums, all terms are in engish ... Inject the Payloads is translate in french by "injecter les payloads" ... Its almost the samething :p

Somebody is already created pull request with french language, but it was bad formated. Maybe will be included in future update.

Is there a list with working devices?
I've three Motorola devices and non of them are working: SUBMITURB failure on all of them
So it would be very nice to know which ones are working.

P.S. on my Android tablet it works without any problem (i don't want to carry it around all the time ;))

Unfortunately for me I’m in many french (france) discussions

You're right, translation almost useless due to the fact this app is very easy to use.
I know, payload is not translated but I thought that "charge utile" wouldn't be understood by most...
Feel free to send a PR if you have a better translation ;) I just did this in a few spare minutes, there might be typos or unclear terms.

Used the latest release where the ReiNX payload is prepackaged and it does not work on Fire 8HD (not rooted with google play store added). When you connect the switch to the android tablet, the popup to launch Rekado disappear really fast. When I did manage to quickly tap on the launch option, the popup within Rekado app to launch payload is overlayed by a semi-transparent white mask, so I cannot access the option.

Rolled back to the last release and everything worked fine again, but I get the nagging message to update to the latest release.

Why may the pop up not appear? I'm using a OP2 and a c to usb and female usb to c. May be the movile or the wire failing? or something i'm missing

Update 2.4 released!

Changes
  • Added ability to hide bundled payloads
  • Added auto refresh for logs, when changing screens
  • Updated font size for headers
  • Updated Theme engine with new colors
  • Fixed additional selector state in Settings when changing accent color
  • Fixed crash in Settings
  • Removed Lakka loading support (only booting from Hekate supported officially)
  • Fixed UI bug #16 (BottomNavigationView related)
  • Migrated to Android Jetpack and Material Components

Hello, can anyone help me on how to get Rekado to work on my Samsung Galaxy S8+? I know my USB C cable and OTG Adapter because I am using them for other devices and they are working but whenever I try to use it for my Switch, nothing is happening at all.

Unless auto-RCM should be disabled? My Switch is in auto-RCM but despite that the Rekado app can't detect it thus I cannot run the payload.

Thank you!

Is it recommended to use an OTG device even if my phone is USB-C? If so, what is the benefit over just using a USB C to C cable?

OTG device ? OTG means "ON THE GO", which means that your mobile device supports connecting a usb device (and power it). In this case, your phone is the OTG device. You use whatever cable works for your setup:
- if your phone is usb C, you can use usb C to usb C cable directly to connect to the switch. Or if you only have a usb C to usb A, you need an adapter C to A.
- if your phone is micro usb, and you have a micro usb to usb A cable, you need C to A adapter anyway.

Is OTG cable always required? It's a little weird because when I use Micro USB OTG cable + USB A to USB C cable (Oneplus cable), it works great, but when I try to a Type C to Micro USB cable directly, it doesn't work.

This is the cable I am trying to make it work with but it doesn't work...
