Hacking Reinstalling cfw

I plan on upgrading the 32gb sdcard that has my cfw on it to a 128gb one how would i go about doing this my firmware is on 9.2 are any of the newer methods compatible? If i need to i can still go back and use the cubicninja hax (lol idek if this exist anymore)
