Hacking Region Free Help

Hey All,

I want to change my wii region or if possible make it region free.

I am running System Menu 4.0e

How can i do this, all i see is AnyRegion Changer from the wiibrew wiki, but i dont know if it will work.

Also, does changing the region affect Virtual Console games. or just Wii games?

you shouldnt have to change your region, just install preloader or startpatch and enable the region free hacks.

region changing is dangerous in my opinion, and if anything shouldnt only be used for korean consoles.

Watch out, if you uupdate your region change wii to 4.2 you will brick, better keep it un changed and just softmod...

I had no intention of upgrading to 4.2 sounds like theres a crap load of issues with it, even for unmodded wii's

Pretty much my goal is just to run NTSC Virtual Console games so i can use them as a base for injecting n64 wads
