Hacking Rebuilding cc file error

Hello.
I have a question to you.
When I try to rebuild my cc file, my dsi crashes.
It's the same with every game.

I have the newest cheat.xml 08-12.
When I looked in the cheat folder there was only the cheat.xml file and a empty CC folder.
What should I do now ?

Use usrcheat.dat or cheats.dat - better choice for acekard than xml file...
Contains the same cheat codes, so dont worry to use them...
