really odd question about signatures

how can when i post a big one i can only see half of it? and also (even trough i'm not a noobie) is it true that only you can post your singture once you reach 1000 post? let me know i hope this is in the right section if not you know what to do...

You can have a sig anytime, no matter how may posts you have.
I make a good example.

As for the other thing...dunno, over the size limit(500x150) I guess.

As haflore said, the reason you can only see half a sig "when you post a big one" is because we have a size limit for sigs. The size being 500 x 150 pixels. And yes there is no post limit for a sig.
