I'm more worried about the games encrypted with 9.6+ I hope they keep getting cryptofixed until a 9.8 emunand or 9.6+ firmLaunch gets done for n3ds. I understand it is not an easy task but the scene will keep adapting and evolving. I'm sure of it.

I'm pretty sure the first item on this list is Binding of Isaac (and any other N3DS exclusives which come rolling in). Not the best exclusives tbh, but I guess if there's something you absolutely need there's always NAND modding. Kinda annoying though.

From previous builds we should see new keys around christmas and games using new keys around easter

This is indeed off topic, I apologize, but does anyone know where I could find a good collection of O3ds's and new 3ds from all regions? I've checked ebay but couldn't find
aus, and EUR. I have a new and o3ds from the usa and a o3ds and new 3ds from japan.

But,but,but how does firmlaubch work exactly? I activated it but smash still asked me for update, then i though it updates to the minimum version required for the game (9.5), so updated but i could not get back to pasta.

You needed to download the latest update .cia or via eshop with the eshop spoofer. If the game boots and asked you for the update firmLaunch was already working.

I teamed up with CakeCFW team and we got N3DS arm9bin decrypted. So I'm one step closer to N3DS support!

Is ther a chance for a cfw on newer firmwares like above 9.5?

It just ask for the update of the game not the console. You can get the update without updating the 3ds with the eshop spoofer or by downloading the games update. cia and installing it. You only loose everything if you try to download the update without the eshop spoofer cause it will ask you to update the console in order to enter the eshop.

If your firmLaunch wasn't working you wouldn't had passed the nintendo 3ds screen after trying to boot the game. You only needed the update :/
