Nobody is working on re3/Miami projects until the claim gets resolved.
All projects are still down, that counter-claimed fork seems to be just a test.
Miami branch got two different ports for Switch. You can see one of them in this thread, I don't remember where was posted the second port, but it was far more stable (yet much more unstable than re3, of course).

San Andreas hasn't been reversed so.. yeah, not gonna happen. At least for a few years.
In the meantime, you can use Android for Switch and San Andreas port for Android. It seems to work alright.

They already explained that this works only with 64-bit android games on Switch. All GTAs on Android are 32-bit.
Ah, ok. I thought Switch would be retro-compatible with arm32v7 apps. I guess this method is not.
hbloader is 64-bit, you can load only 64-bit NROs to it. You would need either 32-bit hbloader or create custom NSP. Beside libnx is not designed for 32-bit, so author would need to make some workarounds.

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
