Boy, when I looked at this topic, I assumed it was in the Edge of the Forum. I saw "General Off-Topic Chat" and was like "Someone's asking for a-flaming..."

Anyway, gosh, I never thought Radioactive Boar meat was something we'd ever have to worry about in society.

This is odd. Why is radioactivity so much more resilient in certain animals than it is in humans?

@geoflcl have a look at the standard food chain poison model aka bioaccumulation and also consider the sources of food (fungi are especially susceptible to it).

As for humans we tend to test people for it/work around it not to mention general levels in the Ukraine/Belarus vicinity of such thing are somewhat higher than average.
