Hi,

A couple year ago i bought this card, a r4i3d to play with my dsi xl (about 5 or 6 years) and it worked until my ds updated. Then i left it there, stored. Recently i bought a 3ds, the small one, and it suposely should work on there but isn´t also working.

The website of the card is down (r4i3d(dot)com) and on the time my dsi got updated, i tried to update the kernel but the website barely update the kernels or didn't worked.

So, do you have the last version of the kernel for this card before the website were shutted out? or can i use other generic kernel for the card? Maybe i can restore the factory settings of both ds or just throw the card away tho?

Here's a photo of the card, and the kernel it has.

Thanks

Kernel has nothing to do with it. You would need a firmware update to bypass whitelist checks if you get the "An error has occurred" message. However, with Luma3DS custom firmware it should work on 2|3DS systems regardless of update status.

Verify the flashcart is still working on a DS-Lite|Phat.

Edit:
Maybe your cart can be used with YSMenu (if your kernel software is outdated/bad/does not support all ROMs)

(open Spoiler "DAT FOLDER")
This does not bypass the whitelist check!

It is possible that the Wayback Machine has some firmware and/or kernel files archived. Always worth a try.

Good luck.
