Hacking R4i-U

Ok so my cousin bought a pretty crap card called r4i-u (www.r4i-u.com). It has a gold sticker.
Many games are not working on it.Even the really old ones freeze at some point and give black screens. I found this thread and I have the same problems as the guy in this thread. Wood is not working on it. Same with YSMenu.
Is there anything else to do to make this card work. Please do not reply with suggestions to buy a new card. If there is anything helpful you can post, please do so.

The official site has 2 firmwares but only one of them works.It looks like the official r4 firmware.

Yea, crap cards have no support. Never heard of that card, but let me point you to HERE. Sorry, but there is no hope for your card.

Your card now works with Wood for the r4ids. Go to www.r4idsn.com and download the latest version of Wood (1.33 at time of writing) and newer games etc will work fine.

Yup I had tried it and it didnt work.

But its all right guys, I have bought a new card for him. Thanks for all the help. Also never buy this card, I tried everything for it and nothing worked. Its very pissing off when a clone doesnt work as a clone of any of the original flashcards.
