Hacking R4i-SDHC.com 3DS RTS - Change Card's Icon/Game Name?

So pretty much every single card when used shows Touch Bomberman or something. Is there a way to change the Banner file/Icon/Game Name to just R4i 3DS RTS with the Sticker Image or something?

As far as I know it's not possible. It's part of what makes the card work, and part of the firmware installed onto the card.

I heard of Cartridge Forwarders where they make a almost blank cia with a basic header and then when you open it it just send to the game card, Is there something like this? I found one here somewhere but im not sure if its compatible with this card.

Yes I know about that (it's called something like stage 2 TWL launcher), but OP wanted to change the actual icon of what the DS cartridge shows, which to my knowledge is not possible feasible nor worth doing.

If the card's ever had a firmware update, you can reverse engineer that to change the header, but it won't be easy.

Im not saying I need to exactly edit the Game Card's icon - I never use 3DS game carts so I could just pop the Game Card Icon slot into a junk folder hidden from view get that Stage 2 thing or whatever and hop it where the Game Card's spot was. Wouldnt that work?
