Hacking R4i Gold RTS DPG Black Screen Issue?

So I've been messing around with my new R4i Gold and I have some movies on there such as Frozen and some of my favorite seasons of South Park. When click play, the screen goes black and freezes for Frozen. When I do it for South Park, the video plays for not even a second and then the green light flashes like it is closed. It's in DPG, but could it be in the wrong format of DPG? Thanks Tempers!~

DPG form is correct. Have you downloaded the moonshell v2.0? If not, you can download it from the official site.

I have, I even patched it. It comes up with a logtxt buf error now!

When you read "Step 3: Put your micro SD card into your ace3ds card",
I think it should be r4i gold 3DS rts, not ace3ds card.
If it still does not work, you can try to reinstall the firmware or change a TF card and test it again.
