Hacking r4i gold isn't letting me access settings

I press Y on my games and nothing happens. I touch start and nothing happens. This used to let me use settings now it's doing nothing, wtf? I can't change any settings now

Wood has a parental control setting that disables the start menu to prevent kids from deleting files and such by mistake. IIRC you can edit the config .INI file with a text editor on the computer and turn the setting off.
