Hacking R4i DSi LL HELP!!

I just received a new card and I'm unable to get it to work, Ive loaded the software and roms onto the sd and I am able to see the list of games but if I choose one of the games I get an application halted !! error and please refer /moonshl2/logbuf.txt however that file does not exist either.. Ive tried reformating and copying the files back over. and still get the same message. I have a R4 SDHC card that works fine. I downloaded the files from www.ndsill.net and using v1.6 .. could someone please help me get this resolved. Thanks in advanced
