Hacking R4DS action replay help plese

hi i just got my R4 yesterday and have been tring to get the action replay to work for it.......ive got the latest firmware v1.11 and have kept both cheat.dat and usrcheats.dat in the system folder but still i can not see the cheat option when in the r4 menu........any help please???

Before you click on a game, on the bottom it should say something like [Y] Cheat. If it's there, click Y and it would open up the cheat menu.

there isnt thats my problem

The default cheat.dat only has cheats of older games.

just added that and still doest show cheat option......its not that i cant find cheats its just the cheat option wont show up on the screen

if no one can help can you just upload your system file with at least Pokemon diamond cheats on it

Delete your CHEAT.dat and then rename your usrcheat.dat into CHEAT.dat

It worked for me.

ive already looked at all the cheats for it

What cheats is it for (E) or (U) version.. Maybe there is only one version for cheats and you're using the one that doesnt have cheats!!

Try another game and see if cheats work for that.

hmm, have you got usrcheat.dat file from Narin's database put in the system folder of your microsd card??
