Here's my 2 cents: You need a RAM expansion for the Opera Browser. The Opera Browser is Nintendo's official ds browser. you get this RAM expansion from most (if not all?) slot-2 carts. But you can also use a homebrew browser in applications such as DSOrganize, DSHobro, etc. Homebrew is downloaded from the internet just like a commercial game. I'm not sure exactly how to work these, though, because I don't browse the internet on my ds.
