Hacking R4 Upgrade III firmware

So, I have an R4 Upgrade III (supports SDHC) and I was wondering what is the best firmware to use on it. I want to play Bowser's Inside story for instance. Is YSMenu possible? I read a guide on installing YSmenu on clones but I don't know what clone this cart is. Is it a DSTT clone? If it's possible to install YSmenu, what's the best way? Guide?
I'm not much into this, so I will appreciate a little help. Thank's in advance.

Go there for a good kernel http://filetrip.net/f11430-R4-III-Kernel-3-13-(English).html and go there if you want ysmenu http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=130359 you need the R4 III kernel to be able to run ysmenu

WAIO is just a GUI - Graphical User Interface.
You still need a loader for your cart to run underneath it.
