You mean Moonshell? R4 firmware?
Look for the latest firmware in my R4 Tools Thread, under "Recommended Firmware" section. R4DS always come out with the latest Moonshell, so you'll update 2 things at the same time
If you don't know how to update it, just ask here again (sorry, you're a newcomer, I can't say you know or not, many doesn't)
