Hacking R4 III Upgrade Revolution

Most likely a double post but I DID do a search before posting this and couldnt find the answer, or at least not all together

I have a R4 III Upgrade Revolution with the last firmware v3.13 from the website

My question is what is the best programs to run with it or something to replace it

I've read about
WAIO
YSmenu
Wood although it apparently dont work on my card

and some others

but im a noob when it comes to this stuff
so whats the best and can you point me to a guide or something
