Hacking R4 DS skins

I think I'll make a skin imitating the PSP menu and the DS menu later

Don’t bother with a PSP skin, Katalyst has already put these together.
But looking forward to seeing your DS skin.

Did the DS firmware as well (link). BTW, your other skin owns. Simplistic, basic colors. I haven't seen too many "original" skins out yet. Majority of the current ones are based on movies, games, tv shows, or some media icon. Nice to see something original and not cluttered ;p

Yeah, looks like you've got a pretty decent idea of what's good art. I'll definitely keep an eye out for your skins. But that's pretty much how I am right now. I'm satisfied with what I got and I'll only keep making more out of boredom or if I get an idea of what I think would look good. ;o

Hi mars77, no, the R4 doesn't support .gif. It was my mistake, I placed the GIF files where there should have been BMP files.

UPDATE: Fixed the ZIP file including proper BMPs now.

I love how the boxes match the selection box

edit: The left box on the main menu isn't big enough for the new "1.06 beta" text

although this is probably true for all the other skins out there... won't be a problem when the true 1.06 comes though =]

i used the dragon skin so far but this one is far superior.

i dont like the orange file browser background, but thats just me i guess.

Should get a previewer type thing though.. It's a hassle clicking through each jpg... but he doesn't know how to code it like that because someone else coded the uploader for him

Mavis's upload is giving me errors regarding image file type when it is correct so for now plz download it from zShare
