Ordered mine from modchipstore.com yesterday. It shipped today and should arrive 3 days from now. All for the low low price of 51 US dollars. This will be my first DS flashing/homebrew/whatever product, and I'd like to thank you all for your input on this product, as well as the retailers that distribute it.

I also had my 1 gig micro card arrive today. About 25 dollars shipped through newegg.com. I haven't seen them mentioned very much around here, but they have excellent products at fantastic prices and I would recommend them highly for this sort of thing.

Man, everyone is buying one REAL fast. I also ordered mine already. Should come in 3-5 business days. I better not regret purchasing this. I'm afraid the next review of some slot-1 device will be a 9.5 or 10 ... and be $25 bucks or something.

There's a save converter if I'm not mistaken. I don't know if the saves are different or not, but if they are, you can convert them.

I really hope it's possible to convert the saves ... because I can't imagine doing Mario Kart all over again.

What is trimming the ROMS? I thought you could just drop and drag them without doing anything x.x

Trimming roms is not necessary. It is a way of making roms smaller so that you can fit more on your card. There is a whole threat about rom trimming here. Read it to find out more.

Trimming roms is pretty awesome if it doesn't impact the game in any way. I just trimmed all mine and put em on my card for when my R4 arrives. I thought this was pretty crazy though:

0577 - Pokemon - Diamond (JP) = 128MBytes got trimmed to 58.5MB
