Hacking R4 Card help

So I'm planning to buy this for my 3ds for DS games and whatnot, but the thing is, these cards are unbranded and I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do regarding installation once I get it. Is there a reference I could refer to regarding these cards, a general way, or anything, really?

It has a timebomb, better option is R4i gold 3ds plus or Ace3ds x, also don't recommend buying from ebay.
