Hacking R4 1.4.5 error PLEASE HELP

When I go into my R4, a message comes up saying "An error has occurred. Press and hold the POWER button to turn the system off." Please help!!

Forgot to mention that I have already tried opening up the dsi and disconnecting some things.

Please Answer.
