Hacking Questions about Hen 6.60

So I just got Hen 6.60, or at least I think I did. On my PSP it just says "Test for 6.60" and when I run it, it just loops through a black screen with some loading words back to the main menu.

So I have a couple of questions.

This Hen runs ISOs, right? If so, how do I do that? As in, where on the PSP do I put the ISOs for the HEN to run them? Do I need to use HBL to run the HEN to run the ISOs?
