Hacking Questions about 4.2 update

Hello, it's quite a few time I'm away now from the Wii scene... I have a Wii with firmware v4.0 and I want to update to the last v4.2 version (so I'm ready for the relase of New Super Mario Bros

). I installed some cIOS in the past but now I really can't remember what versions I did install and what cIOS I have or not right now... :S My question is: what's the best way to update my Wii to the last v4.2 (+ latest cIOS)? Is there a way to make a clean-up of unused IOS/cIOS (I think my Wii now have a big mess of IOS and CIOS and many are probably not needed anymore...). Any help?

Use that.

Remember Preloader and Bootmii IOS (it's 100% but can save ur leave)

Backup NAND.
