I want to ask if I install YT on my 3DS with Freeshop, will I get banned?

In the future? Maybe.

Freeshop yt install will generate false tickets that could be sent to Nintendo.

Well if you have less than legit DLC, opening the eshop will deactivate all of it. It's much more convenient to download free things from the freeshop than reinstall dlc every time

Well, reinstalling the DLC takes only a moment anyway since MOST DLC don't even get auto-deleted really, it's only select titles (eg: SwapDoodle or Home Menu Themes), so even with a bad connection, it's just 2-3 taps
