I want to update the sxos chip, but I need an adapter compatible with the chip, so I found one, but I don't know if it is suitable for sxos chips.

DM me, I have a few of those from installs. It may work with your chip as these parts do come with all Switch modchips these days.
The adapter has a female Micro USB on one end for charging the capacitors, and a male USB C on the other end for the Switch. But I'm not sure if the data lines are even hooked up, as I've never opened my SX OS dongle.
