This friday in my country (spain) nintendo releases the badge center and i want that what i do now??

What FW are you on?
If you're on 10.2, you should be able to access the e-shop with HANS.
If you're on 10.1 or less, well... I wouldn't update. I mean, a solution will always probably come up in the next days (weeks ?), and an older firmware is (practically) always better than a newer one (when you're talking about hacking).
So, if you're ready to give up your HBL access... Update. However, you might regret it in the future.

This is very true but this time I think we will be waiting weeks if not months for smea to fix access to the eshop I don't see him getting it up and running soon sadly

Actually, I don't know. The maintenance-thing used to block >10.0 users has been bypassed in less than a day, so...
And if it's not smea that releases it, I think other people will. I'm practically sure HANS has way more potential than Smea makes it look like (this is the first time he doesn't want to release the source... And also the first time Nintendo has been so quick about patching firmware spoof, probably to make users update...), and when someone will successfully RE it, and make the results public, we'll probably be able to do a lot of things (ARM11 kernel?), including complete FW spoof.

Last time was different. eShop URLs were changed. This time there's more to it and every single game/app that relies on connecting with your NNID is broken. Don't expect an easy fix on this one.

Well, it's only my point of view, but whatever if piracy is free or not ; it's still piracy. Your money, if you spend it on a flashcard, go to the flashcard creators, not the game developers / publisher. I totally respect your point of view ; if you're against free piracy, that's fine. Just don't try to impose your view on others by saying "upadte because i dont liek you getting completely free gamez when i paid 4 my gatewayz!!!11!"
And, actually, if you're against free piracy, why did you install RXTools?

...and? It's people own choice to pirate something. It's not because you pay for your games that you should force anyone to do the same. (and btw, I do not pirate any game on 3DS (since I can't ))

The Japanese version works fine on my 9.5E emuNAND
Edit: Or I guess it won't anymore, since it uses NNID.
