So i’ve been reading up and trying to learn all I can in preparation for the CFW release. I have my switch already on the latest firmware of 5.0.2 and have my little jig ready to enter RCM.
I’d just like to find out if it’s possible yet to run Retroarch as Homebrew and not through Linux? If that makes sense.
I’ve not used Linux since the days where it was installable onto the PS3 and I struggled to use it to be honest. I’m not good with Linux and the command lines etc. The thought of trying to use it on my Switch scares me especially reading about the possible battery and LCD issues right now.
Is running Retroarch through Linux the only way right now? I’d be happy just playing a few GBA games right now and don’t mind waiting for the other stuff later down the line. But I don’t know if the cores are working yet for it.
Thank you for any help and sorry for such a noob question.
