So if I use Tubehax to block Wii U updates and then use Loadiine to play Mario Maker, can I download levels?

No, Mario Maker requires access to its Nintendo servers.

Thanks all, so basically Mario Maker is pretty pointless then being run from Loadiine?

Apologies for the basic questions just trying to figure this out. So Loadiine is for offline play only? No multiplayer / connection to nintendo servers even without Tubehax?
