Hacking Question [Question] Putting the newer masterkey into the appropriate keyslot before TZ handover, how to?

In this linked comment on /r/SwitchHacks, @SciresM suggests that loading newer NSP files on older firmwares is possible. Has anyone successfully done this, and as an extension, has anyone written a followable guide to do this yourself?

Not possible. I tried this when Hacbrewpack made it possible for people to remake .NSP files with any keygeneration but the masterkey revision isn't the only thing stopping games from being played on lower firmwares. Depending on the version of the SDK used to develop the game, they become hardcoded to that version meaning they will not run on lower firmwares even if you manage to bypass the masterkey restrictions.

Before you can put the Master Key into the slot make sure you have the three pedants in place before hand otherwise I don't thing the master key section will be open.
