Hardware (Question) PSVita 3.60

i need a PSVita FW 3.60 (OLED one would be nice). do someone know where i can get one for cheap or do someone sell one here? i have 70 Euro to spend for one (cheaper would be nice but it dont have to.)

i could buy a cheap vita and a motherboard but i dont know how to swap motherboard (too complicated for me)
