Homebrew [QUESTION] How to keep using cheats while staying on 5.5.1 fw?

Hi, so I've been using tcpGecko and Courtney's codehandler before, but as soon as the 5.5.2 fw rolled out I can't use JGecko U anymore since in order to block the automatic updates I have to put some made-up address and won't sync anymore.

Does anyone know how can I proceed or do I need to update to 5.5.2?
